There are thousands of cheese arepas in Colombia and no two are the same. Ours are soft and fluffy, filled with cheese and with a thin, crispy edge.
Made from white corn, we soak it, cook it and grind it, before forming the dough and stuffing it with stretchy cheese. These arepas are naturally gluten free.
For your convenience, we pre-grill them and pack them fresh so that all you have to do is finish them off.
These arepas are traditionally had for breakfast or as an afternoon snack, with hot chocolate or coffee, but we also recommend them as part of your lunch and dinner; whatever floats your boat.

Ingredients: Water, Australian White Corn, Cheese, Salt.
Shelf-life: 3 weeks sealed and refrigerated.
Once opened, store in an air-tight container and consume within 5 days.
We have worked hard to reduce our environmental impact. Our vacuum packaging is compostable, just make sure you dispose of the sticker!
